Mailing list members are persons that have subscribed to a specific mailing list to receive periodic email messages, including weekly newsletters. In case the mailing list client program that is used to administer the mailing list permits it, you can also authorize mailing list members manually, but in this case such emails may be recognized as being unsolicited and reported as spam by the recipients. Ordinarily, these mailing list members can unsubscribe from a mailing list by clicking a link in the email messages they get, or you, as the mailing list administrator, can delete them manually if they ask for this or if you reach the decision that some of the members should not belong to the mailing list any longer. Each mailing list member will be able to view only their email address in the "To" field of the email messages they get, but not the email addresses of the rest of the mailing list members.
Mailing List Members in Shared Website Hosting
Managing the subscribers for any Internet mailing list set up in a shared website hosting account with us will be incredibly easy. We rely on a feature-loaded piece of software called Majordomo – one of the most widely used mailing list managers for setting up and managing mailing lists out there. It will allow you to import, to delete or to view all the subscribers by simply sending an email to majordomo@your-domain.com. Newly imported users need to confirm their subscription, so you can’t simply add a mailbox and begin sending periodic emails to it using a mailing list without the recipient’s categorical permission. If you come across any problems, we have a detailed help article in the Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel that comes with every account, as well as a 24/7 client support staff, which will help you with any questions with regard to the mailing list options.
